Subject: exterminator recommendation? gas expert? asbestos removal?

I am looking for a good recommendation for an exterminator for the vermin
in my basement. I also can't seem to get rid of these roach colonies that
have taken up residence under my kitchen sink.
I would also like to know if anyone knows a good company who can assist me
with:
- eliminating the radon gas in my home
- stripping the lead paint that is peeling off my ceiling
- asbestos removal
- cleaning up the sewage that has backed up into my basement
Please email me if you know of anyone. I could not find any of these
on the goods+services list.
